摘要
[目的]探讨EB病毒感染后患儿免疫功能变化及对临床预后的影响。[方法]EB病毒感染后患儿30例,正常对照儿童20例。分别用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA法)检测血清中的白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-8(IL-8)水平,流式细胞术检测各T细胞亚群变化。[结果]EB病毒感染后患儿CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+T细胞明显低于正常对照组(P﹤0.01)和治疗后组,而CD8+、IL-6、IL-8明显高于正常组(P﹤0.01或0.05)和治疗后组。[结论]EB病毒感染后患儿免疫性细胞因子分泌紊乱,细胞免疫功能受抑制。
[Objective] To explore the change of immune fimction of children infected with EB virus and its significamt to clinical prognosis. [Methods] 30 children infected with EB were recruited as experimental group, and 20 children were collected as controls. The levels of IL-6 and IL-8 were determined with ELISA method and the changes of T cell subgroups were detected by flow cytometry. [ Results] The number f CD3^+, CD4^+and CD4^+/CD8^+ T cells among children infected with EB virus were significantly lower than those among controls and children after treatment (P 〈 0.01 ), while the number of CD8^+ and the levels of IL-6 and IL-8 among experimental group were significantly higher than those among the control group and children after treatment. [Conclusion] The parasecretion of immune cytokine were occurred in children infected with EB virus, and the cellular immune function was also inhibited.
