摘要
[目的]了解邯郸市农民工的现状。[方法]自制调查表,采用多级抽样方法对农民工进行抽样调查。[结果]农民工的文化程度以初中及其以下为主(占69.51%),男性低于女性(P﹤0.01)。农民工的平均月收入男性在800～1200元和女性在500～800元者居多,分别占51.05%和54.71%,男性工资高于女性(P﹤0.01)。经常加班的占36.88%。业余时间看电视、书报杂志及玩牌打麻将的占77.84%。[结论]农民工的现状堪忧,要改变农民工的现状,必须打破城乡户籍限制,建立健全社会保障及监督制度。
[ Objective ] To investigate the current status of migrant workers in Handan. [ Methods ] Tne migrant workers were investigated with self-designed questionnaires by multistage sampling methods. [ Results] The main education level for migrant workers was junior secondary education level or below （69.51%）, and the education level of male migrant workers were lower than that of female migrant workers （P 〈 0.01 ）. The average monthly income for male migrant workers was at the range of 800 to 1, 200 yuan and for female migrant workers was at the range of 500 to 800 yuan, which accounted for 51.05% and 54.71%, respectively. The average monthly income for male migrant workers was significantly higher than that for female migrant workers （P〈 0.01）. Works who often work overtime accounted for 36.88%. For free time, watch TV, read book, newspaper or magazine, and play cards or mahjong accounted for 77.84%. [Conclusion] The status of migrant workers is poor. If we want to change the status of migrant workers, we must break the urban and rural household registration restrictions, and establish a sound social safeguard and monitoring system.
