摘要
对全蚕粉和全蚕粉复合物用60Co γ射线7kGy辐照灭菌处理后,按国家标准GB/T4789.2-2003检验菌落总数,结果表明,辐照组菌落总数显著低于未辐照对照组,达到了食品、中药制品卫生要求,且对1-脱氧野尻霉素(1-DNJ)含量和降血糖效果均无明显影响。将辐照处理的全蚕粉和全蚕粉复合物分别置于常温和冷藏条件下保存6个月,发现未辐照灭菌的样品菌落数显著增加,而辐照灭菌样品菌落数、1-DNJ含量和降血糖效果与储存前相比均无显著差异,但小鼠的餐后血糖值以辐照冷藏组较低。结果说明,60Co γ射线7kGy辐照可以有效杀灭全蚕粉和全蚕粉复合物中的微生物,而对其有效成分1-DNJ和降血糖效果无影响。
After the whole silkworm powder (SP) and its compound (SPC) were treated with radiation of 7kGy ^60Coγ radial, the total number of aerobic bacteria colony (TNABC) in SP and SPC was tested according to the national standard GB/T 4789.2-2003. Results showed that TNABC in the group treated with radiation was much less than that in the control group, which met the needs for hygiene in food and Chinese traditional medicine. Moreover, the radiation treatment had no obvious effect on the 1-deoxynojirimycin (DNJ) content in samples and the function of samples on lowering blood-glucose. When SP and SPC were preserved in the condition of normal temperature and cold storage for 6 months, TNABC increased evidently in the control sam- ple, while it was no obvious increment in the samples treated with radiation. There were no remarkable differences for the DNJ content as well as its effects on lowering blood-glucose between the treated samples of preconservation and post-conservation', while the value of postprandial blood glucose in the test mice fed with SP after the treatment of radiation was lower than that in other treatments. All these results revealed that the treatment of radiation with 7 kGy ^60Coγ radial could kill the microorganisms effectively in SP and SPC, and had no influence on the active ingredient 1-DNJ and its effect on lowering blood-glucose.
