摘要 胃肠功能障碍与炎性反应密切相关。核因子κB(NF-κB)是一种广泛存在于机体各种细胞中的核转录因子,参与多种炎性反应基因的转录和调控,在炎症免疫反应中发挥重要作用。因此,了解胃肠功能障碍与NF-κB的联系,有助于对胃肠功能障碍的临床防治。 Inflammatory response is closely related to gastrointestinal dysfunction. Nuclear factor-kappaB (NF-KB) is a transcription factor widely distributed in most cells, which is demonstrated to be involved in transcription and modulation of several inflammatory mediator genes and plays an important role in an inflammatory immanoreaction. Therefore, It must be helpful in the prevention and therapy of gastrointestinal dysfunction to understand the relationship between gastrointestinal dysfunction and nuclear factor-kappaB.
