摘要
通过盆栽试验研究了NaCl胁迫对2个不同基因型棉花幼苗叶片叶绿素、可溶性蛋白、丙二醛含量及超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶活性的影响。结果表明:随着NaCl浓度的增加,新陆早13的可溶性蛋白含量显著降低,而赣棉11却显著增加;NaCl胁迫下,二品种棉花的丙二醛含量均有一定增加,但新陆早13的丙二醛含量增加更明显。新陆早13的POD活性随着NaCl浓度的增加显著增加,但赣棉11受NaCl胁迫影响较小。随着NaCl浓度的增加,新陆早13的过氧化氢酶活性显著降低,而赣棉11则显著提高。
The effect of NaCl stress on physiological characteristics of cotton in seedling stage was investigated with a pot experiment. Two cotton cultivars which grow in different regions of China were introduced in this experiment and exposed to different content of NaCl (0,0. 1%, 0.2 %, 0.4 % and 0.6 % ). The content of chlorophyll, soluble protein, and MDA, as well as the activity of POD, SOD, and CAT were tested in this study. Under NaCl stress, the content of the soluble protein was significantly decreased in Xinluzao13, but increased for Ganmianl 1. With the increase of NaCl concentration, the content of MDA of two cotton cuhivars were increased, while the content of MDA of Xinluzao13 was significantly higher than Ganmianll .The activity of POD was significantly increased with NaCl concentration increasing in Xinluzao13, but there are no significant differences among different NaCl concentration treatments for Ganmian11. With the increase of NaCl concentration, the activity of CAT was significantly deereased in Xinluzao 13, but increased for Ganmian11.
