几种盐生植物抗盐生理指标的研究 被引量:273

摘要 研究对几种盐生植物进行了相关抗盐生理指标测定 ,抗盐生理指标测定结果表明 :盐生植物组的功能叶中 MDA含量平均值高于非盐生植物对照组 ,而膜透性平均值低于对照组 ;盐生植物组 Cl- 离子含量平均值高于对照组 ,可溶性糖含量平均值低于对照组 ,脯氨酸含量在所测 3种渗透调节剂中所占比例最高 ,而且盐生植物组平均值高于对照组 ;无机渗透剂与有机渗透剂之间似有互补关系 ;Cl- 离子含量与肉质性存在一定正相关 ;盐生植物组和对照组中叶绿素含量相近 ,并对不同生理指标的意义作了初步探讨。研究认为 ,膜透性。 In this essay,the author determined some physiological indexes of salinity tolerance of some halophytes.The results of determined the physiological indexes of salinity tolerance were shown:the average value (AV) of MDA content of functional leaves of halophytes group (HG) was higher than that of the control group (CG) while the AV of cell membrane permeability was lower than that of CG;the AV of Cl - content of HG was higher than that of CG,but the AV of soluble sugar was lower than that of CG;the proline content was the highest one among three osmoregulatents and more in the HG;it seemed that there was certain mutual compensation relationship between inorganic osmoregulatent and organic osmoregulation;there was a positive relationship between the content of Cl - and fleshy;the chlorophyll content was nearly equal in two groups.The meaning of these physiological indexes was primarily studied.From this study,the author deduced that the cell membrane permeability,content of MDA,the sorts and contents of osmoregulatent could indicate salt tolerance of plants.
