基因表型诱导剂对黄瓜生育及产量和品质的影响 被引量:4

Effect of Gene Revulsant on the Growth and Development of Cucumber

摘要 在保护地栽培条件下,以清水浸种和嫁接黄瓜为对照,进行了不同浓度的基因表型诱导剂浸种对比试验。结果表明,适宜浓度的基因诱导剂浸种能够在一定程度上控制黄瓜茎的纵向生长,使其茎的横向生长、叶和根的生长明显加快,根系活力明显增强,壮苗指数和G值有所提高,第1雌花节位明显降低,雌花节率和坐果率显著提高,采收期提前1~8d,前期产量和总产量均显著提高;以浸种浓度为11∶00的处理最为适宜,前期产量比清水浸种和嫁接的对照分别增产40.6%和20.6%,总产量比清水浸种和嫁接的对照分别增产63.8%和18.1%;浸种浓度为17∶0的处理次之,前期产量比清水浸种和嫁接的对照分别增产35.0%和15.8%,总产量比清水浸种和嫁接的对照分别增产54.2%和10.9%。同时,诱导剂浸种还可明显提高黄瓜干物质、可溶性糖和VC的含量,改善黄瓜品质;但诱导剂浸种的浓度过高或过低均不利于诱导效果的提高。 Using seed soaked with fresh water and grafted cucumber as control, the comparative experiment on different concentration of gene revulsant was conducted. The result showed that proper concentration of gene revulsant could control the portrait growing of the cucumber stalk. The landscape orientation growing, leaves and roots grew rapidly.The index of strong plants and G value increased. The location of the first female flower fell down. The harvest time was 1-8 days earlier than that of the usual. The early-stage yield and total yield increased apparently. Under the condition of this experiment, the treatment of 1:100 was the best. The yield of early stage was 40.6 percent and 20.6 percent higher than fresh water control and grafted cucumber respectinely, total yield was 63.8 percent and 18.1 percent higher than fresh water control and grafted control, the second was the treatment of 1:70. The early-stage yield was 35.0 percent and 15.8 percent higher than fresh water control and grafted control respectively. Total yields was 54.2 percent and 10.9 percent higher than the treatment of fresh water and grafted cucumber respectively. Meanwhile, sinking seeds of cucumber could improve the capacity of its dry substance, sugar, Vc and the quality of cucumber.
