摘要
烯效唑拌种处理小麦种子后,对小麦生长发育、生理特性、产量影响的研究表明:烯效唑拌种使小麦苗期分蘖早生快发,根系活力增强,但株高、地上部分干物质和C/N比降低,总的表现为控上促下,延缓纵向生长,促进横向生长,麦苗呈壮苗长相。四分体和开花期处于寒潮时,烯效唑能增强SOD酶、POD酶活性,使MDA含量减少,因而可减轻低温对膜的伤害。烯效唑拌种使小麦生长物候期延迟,拔节期推迟,幼穗分化总天数缩短,但小花至药隔期延长。烯效唑拌种处理能显著增加穗粒数和产量。拌种处理小麦种子是使用烯效唑最简便有效的方法之一。
The effects of uniconazole applied to seed of winter wheat were studied.Compared with check,the activity of Superoxide dismutase(SOD),Peroxidase(POD),Abscisic acid(ABA)and soluble protein of the ear were increased,Malondialdehyde(MDA)content was decreased by using uniconazole.So the harm to menbrance under cold early spring could be reduced.The results showed that the grain number per ear and the yield per ha were increased.The uniconazole seed treatment is one of the most simple and effective application method.
