摘要
采用[3H]-TdR参入法比较胞壁酰二肽及其衍生物对小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化和自然杀伤细胞功能,以及巨噬细胞(M)产生IL-1的作用。结果显示,MDP、MTP可刺激M产生IL-1,胞壁酰二肽及其衍生物对ConA及LPS诱导的T、B淋巴细胞转化有显著增强作用,对NK细胞杀伤活力基本上没有直接影响。
Muramyl dipeptide (MDP) was the least structure unit of bacterial cell wall peptidoglycanwith various immunomodulating activities. The effect of MDP and its derivatives (MDPs) on lympho-cyte, natural killer cell and macrophages function was investigated by [3H]-TdR uptake. The resultsshowed that MDP, MTP could stimulate IL-1 production from mouse peritoneal macrophages in vitro,but MDP-Aze inhibited IL- 1 production, MDPs could enhance conA, LPS-activated T, B lympho-cyte. MDP, MTP had no effect on splenic NK cell cytotoxicity but MDP-Aze (25 μg/ml) could inhib-ite NK cytotoxicity.
