摘要
[目的]为评价昆明市美沙酮维持治疗的服务质量和效果,进一步推动全市美沙酮维持治疗工作开展。[方法]通过问卷调查、现场数据核实、相关人员访谈等形式对各门诊综合管理和相关工作指标完成情况进行评估。[结果]截至2007年底,9个门诊累计入组病人为2296人,治疗保持率为65.5%;2007年服药病人HIV和HCV检测率分别为38.2%和36.6%;VCT覆盖率为36.5%;HIV感染者随访率为55.1%。[结论]昆明市美沙酮维持治疗工作存在治疗人数少、保持率低,HIV/HCV检测率、VCT覆盖率较低,艾滋病感染者和病人管理工作薄弱等问题。
Objective To evaluate the service quality and effectiveness of methadone maintenance treatment, and to promote the further development of it in Kunming. Methods Applying the approaches of questionnaires, checking data in sites and interviews to evaluate the comprehensive management and task accomplished in the methadone maintenance treatment clinics. Results By the end of 2007, accumulative 2296 persons were enrolled in 9 clinics, with maintenance rate of 65.5%. In 2007, among them, 38.2% and 36.6% were tested HIV and HCV respectively, 36.6% were provided HIV VCT service. The follow-up rate was 55.1% among the people with HIV. Conclusion In Kunming, the program of methadone maintenance treatment has some problems, including small number of patients, low rates of maintenance, HIV and HCV testing and HIV VCT coverage, and poor management for people with HIV/AIDS.
