摘要
表面电位为-300V~-1500V的TeflonPTFE驻极体,经紫外线消毒后,对浓度为10-4的ACTT25923金黄色葡萄球菌分别作用1~24小时,观察驻极体对该细菌的抑菌作用。结果显示:驻极体具有显著的抑菌作用,不同注极电位的驻极体对金黄色葡萄球菌有百分之几至百分之九十几的杀灭率。驻极体的表面电位越高,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果越好。研究结果提示:驻极体在医学应用中具有抑菌和辅助杀菌作用。
Teflon PTFE electret with 300V to 1500V surfact voltage,disinfected by ultraviolet rays,acted on the ACTT 25923 staphylococci aureus with the concentration of 10 4 for 1 to 24 hours,respectively,then we began to observe the bacteriostasis of the electret.The result showed:electret is of significant bacteriostasis.The bactericidal killing rate of the electrets with different surface voltages to the staphylococci aureus is among several percent to more than ninety percent.The higher the surface voltage,the greater the effect of bacteriostasis or bactericidal action of electret on staphylococci aureus.The result expresses that electret has both bacteriostatic and bactericidal action in medical application.
