摘要
目的提高喉神经内分泌癌的诊断治疗水平。方法对2例喉神经内分泌癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果1例患者由于术者对该病认识不足,按良性肿瘤行手术切除加激光治疗,术后病检确诊,23个月复发,复发后进行手术加激光、放疗治疗;另1例全喉切除加放疗。2例术后随访至今无复发。结论对喉神经内分泌癌缺乏认识是误诊的原因。分化程度较好,且没有转移的喉神经内分泌癌可采取局部肿物切除加激光治疗并辅以放疗;对于病变范围大,可采用全喉切除加放疗。
Objective To analyzed of two cases of laryngeal neuroendocrine cancer＇ s diagnosis and treatment enhance awareness of diagnosis and treatment of the disease, avoid taking unnecessary detours. Methods Two cases of Laryngeal neuroendocrine carcinoma were analyzed retrospectively. Results Because of insufficient understanding of the disease, a case was surgical resection and laser treatment according to benign tumor, the diagnosis was confirmed pathologically afterSurgery. The surgery, laser and post - operative radiotherapy were performed which the patient was recurrence after 23 montsh. Total laryngectomy with partial pharyngectomy and post - operative radiotherapy were performed in anther case. No recurrence was found during follow - up. Conclusions The prognosis of the disease is related to the differentiation of tumor cell. According to the different classification to performe different treatment is the key of successful treatment. Complete surgical removal and radiotherapy were a chief treatment. The laser surgery was performed in Better differentiation cases without any metastasis, which enhanced the quality of life of patients.
