摘要
对国产 LVD802生产线与日本东洋纺引进线进行了对比,分析测试了后加工各道工序的纤维结构和性能。从测试数据入手,剖析了国产线产品质量差的主要原因.进而对工艺进行正交设计优化实验,确定出最佳工艺参数,提高了国产 LVD802设备的运转率及产品质量,使纤维结构和性能得到改善甚至超过东洋纺引进的产品水平.
The domestic LVD802 PET fiber production line and the imported line fromJapan were compared with each other,and the Structures and performances of thefiber at different procedures of after-processing were measured and analyzcd.With the measured data,this article reveals the main reasons why the productquality of LVD802 is inferior.Based on these analysis,the experiments on orthogonaloptimization design was performed,and the best technical parameters have beendetermined.The performance and the quality of the fiber could be up to or evensurpass the Japanese quality level due to the improvements mentioned-above.
