摘要
介绍了 PTT 纤维 POY-DTY、POY-DT 的生产工艺特点,着重指出了该纤维生产在干燥、纺丝、卷绕、牵伸、拉伸变形上和 PET 纤维的不同,并结合实例对工艺的要求作了讨论。
The features of POY-DTY or POY-DT process for producing PTT fiber are introduced in this paper.The difference between PTT production and PET production in terms of chip drying,spinning,take-up,drawing and draw-texturing is deeply probed.The requirements on POY-DTY & POY-DT processes are also discussed based on actual production.
