摘要
用新的助剂使脱胶温度降至100℃,时间缩短为1小时。在此条件下精干麻残胶为1.8~2.63%,勾强为1.12~3.25厘牛/分特,在脱胶过程中苧麻纤维的取向度和螺旋角都发生变化。
The changes are studied in ramie structure during fast degumming process. The results are that with the use of new catalyst, the cooking temperature and time are reduced to 100℃ and one hour respectively. The residual gum is 1.80~2.63% and the loop tenacity is 1.27~3.69g/ d. The refractive index and screw angle of ramie fibre have changed with degumming process.
