摘要
苧麻纤维在乙二胺、脲、水混合液中高度溶胀。溶胀程度主要与混合液中乙二胺与水的组成浓度C_1相关,随C_1值增加,苧麻纤维经历晶间溶胀到晶内溶胀两个过程。溶胀温度升高,溶胀程度下降。脲的水溶液是晶间溶胀剂,混合液中的脲起共溶胀作用。溶胀苧麻纤维的洗涤方法不同,溶胀产物的可及度变化显著不同。
Swelling of ramie fibres in ethylenediamine/urea/water solution system has been investigated. The changes in accessibilities of ramie fibres determined in trems of moisture regain, iodine sorption and barium activity show that the concentration of ethylenediamine in the mixtures determines mainly the swelling extent of the ramie fibres which undergo intercrystalline swelling process. The accessibilities are also affected by the kind of washing solvents of swollen ramie fibres. Urea shows a positive synergestic influence on the swelling ability and acts as a co-swelling agent.
