摘要
以醇溶法提取的蜂胶为原料,探讨研制蜂胶冻干粉生产的赋形条件。试验结果表明,赋形的最佳条件为:22%甘露醇与4%蜂胶乙醇溶液按76∶24的比例混合。在最佳冻干条件[1-2]下冷冻干燥后得到的蜂胶冻干粉性能最好:溶解度87%,水分含量0.93%,总黄酮含量0.49%。
The shape collection that propolis proved to lyophilized, dealing with the propolis distilled by alcohols was studied. The result shows that the best conditions of given the shape is using 22% mannitol propolis which is mixed by 24 : 76 ratio. After optimistic freeze-drying, the lyophilized propolis powder has the best performance; the solubility of lyophilized propolis powder is 87% and moisture content of 0.93%, flavonoids content is 0.49%.
