摘要
用逐步滴加引发剂合成有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂,将纳米SiO2、铁红、滑石粉分散于有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂中,制成低表面能防污涂料.结果表明,当纳米SiO2的加入量为5.5%~8%时,涂膜与液体的接触角大于98°,涂膜具有较低的吸水率,具有一定的防污效果.
The organosilicon modified acrylate was synthesized with free radical polymeried method by mitiating agent stepwise added. Low surface energy antifouling coating was prepared by spreading nano-SiO2 .ferric oxide.talcum powder into the organosilicon modified acrylate. The result showed the water absorptivity of the paint is very low, rim angle between paint and liquid exceed 98°, the coating's antifouling capatity was very good.
