摘要
通过对福建民营体育用品企业的发展概况、企业现状、企业发展模式与产品生产与销售方式、生产技术与产品质量、品牌现状的调查了解,分析福建民营体育用品企业发展中所存在的家族制经营治理模式影响企业发展,产业集群水平低下、竞争能力差,产品技术研发能力薄弱,品牌战略存在缺陷等问题,提出了有关提高福建民营体育用品企业发展的对策与建议。
In this thesis, the authors studied that status quo, the development pattern and the manufacturing and sales means of the private sports product manufacturing enterprises in Fujian province. Problems such as the limitation of the enterprise development coming from the family system management pattern, the low industry cluster, the poor competitiveness, the poor technical research ability and brand strategies. Countermeasures were proposed.
