摘要
闽东南地区民营企业迁移现象反映了福建投融资环境优势的弱化。文章认为,进行民营企业投资环境改革应从以下几方面入手:全面提高民营企业自身素质和科学投资决策水平;拓展金融机构对民营企业融资支持;营造良好投资政策环境以及进一步放开民营企业市场准入限制等来优化闽东南地区民营企业投资大环境。
The phenomena of the transfer of the southeast Fujian non-governmental enterprises reflect the weakening environment for the investment. It is believed that the reform calls for several aspects including improve the overall the enterprises quality and decision-making competence for scientific investment,winning more support from financial institute, creating better investment environment in terms of policy and further market opening for non-governmental enterprises to optimize the overall environment for investment.
