摘要
用扫描量热(DSC),X-射线衍射和电子显微镜等方法,研究了含有增塑剂的再生二醋酸纤维素(CA)的热性能,结晶结构,表面结构和纤维的物理机械性能。研究结果表明,增塑剂与CA是相溶均相,CA的葡萄构象能、玻璃化温度(T_g)、结晶温度(T_c)、纤维物性随着增塑剂含量增加而下降,但对结晶结构影响甚微,再生CA纤维的表面与商品CA纤维一样光滑,经处理可得裂纹。
The structures and properties of the regenerated CA filament containing plasticizing agents are studied by differential scanning calorimeter, X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the glucose ring conformational energy, glass transition temperature, crysta lization temperature and performance of CA filament are decreased obviously with the increasing amount of plasticizing agents but has little effect on the crystallinity. The surface of regenerated CA filaments are smooth and form fractures after treatment.
