摘要
本文分析了５００孔Ｙ形喷丝板于纺二醋纤的影响因素，认为在纺丝溶液中加入适量的助剂Ａ对纺丝有利；合理的喷丝板结构、分配权形状和纺丝工艺对丝束快速成形非常重要。
In this paper, the influence factors of spinning acetate fiber by the dry process using Y type spinneret of 0. 04-0. 03-500 holes were analysed. It shows that the addition of appropriate measure of auxiliary agent A in the spinning solutions is advantaseous to continuous spinning and rational spinneret contraction, distributing board shape and spinning process are very important to the fast formation of the small jet of solution.
