PBT(聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯)共混纤维的结构与性能(Ⅱ)染色性能的研究

摘要 本文应用酸性染料对PBT与PA6(聚已内酰胺)共混熔纺所得拉伸丝进行常压染色;应用分散染料对PBT与PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯)共混熔纺所得拉伸丝进行高温高压染色;并与纯组分的染色行为分别进行了比较,发现PBT/PET共混纤维中一种组分的存在有利于另一组分的染色,且存在着以最终上染率为目标的组分、染色温度与升温速率最佳组合值。PBT/PA6中PBT组分的存在,影响了PA6的着色;当PBT含量较少时(10%以下),这种影响作用不大。 In this paper, disperse dyes are used to dye the filaments made from PBT/PET polymer blend-under high temperature and pressure, and acid dyes are used for the fibers made from PBT/PA6 polymer blend under normal atmosphere, the dyeing behaviour of both blend fibers are compared with those from single component. It shows that the existence of either component in the blend of PBT/PET will promote the dyeability of the blend fiber, and there exists an optimum combination value of component fraction, dyeing temperature and increasing rate of temperature aiming at a higher dye-uptake. The existence of PBT in the blend of PBT/PA6 will impede the dyeability of PA6 component, but this effect is considered not serious wben the PBT fraction is less than
