摘要
利用5种型号的大孔树脂对糖厂混合汁浮渣多酚抗氧化活性成分进行了研究,以总多酚含量为考察指标,采用静态和动态两种吸附方法分别进行吸附与解吸附实验,结合洗脱液清除DPPH.自由基能力的强弱,优选了纯化糖厂混合汁浮渣多酚抗氧化活性成分的大孔树脂,综合评定以AB-8为最佳选用树脂。
Polyphenol antioxidation activity from floating scums of mixed juice was measured by five macro= porous adsorption resins. On the base of the polyphenol, researched adsorption and desorption by both static and dynamic, at the same time, considered scavenging effect of samples on DPPH., it found that AB-8 macroporous adsorption resin was feasible for purification these polyphenol antioxidation activity.
