微创经皮肾气压弹道结合钬激光碎石治疗复杂性肾结石 被引量:2

The Treatment of Complicated Renal Calculus with Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy and Holmium Laser Lithotripsy

摘要 目的:探讨微创经皮肾气压弹道结合钬激光碎石治疗复杂性肾结石的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2008年2月至2008年4月采用经皮肾碎石取石术治疗18例复杂性肾结石患者的资料。结果:全组无中转手术及严重并发症,手术时间1.5h~2h,平均1.8h,无输血病例。手术4周结石排净率为66.67%(12/18)。结论:微创经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石结合钬激光碎石治疗复杂性肾结石,具有创伤小、恢复快等优点,是一种安全有效的方法。 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of percutaneous nephrolithotomy with penumatic lithotripsy and holmium laser lithortipsy for complex renal calculi. Methods The information of 18 cases of complex renal stone treated with percutaneous nephrolithotomy from February,2008 to April,2008,were analysed retrospective, Results Among the patients, no one had intermi surgery or serious complications, the average operation tmie was 1,8 hours which range from 1.5 to 2 hours, and no cases had blood transfusion.The rate of stone discharge after four weeks was 66.67% (12/18). Conclusion Percutaneous nephrolithotomy with penumatic lithotripsy and holmium laser lithotripsy for complex renal calculi has the advantages of mini-invasion,quick recovery and it is a safe and effective technique.
