合金化时间和温度对IF钢镀层抗粉化性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 选取高强度IF钢热镀锌板,通过控制合金化工艺参数获得了不同w(Fe)和相结构的镀层,研究了合金化时间与合金化温度对于合金化镀层抗粉化性能的影响。结果表明:δ1相占镀层合金相的比例是决定高强度IF钢合金化镀层抗粉化性能的重要因素;合金化温度越高,则相转变的速率越快,粉化量突增点出现得越早;δ1k和Γ1相的大量出现是镀层抗粉化性能变坏的标志。 This paper studies the effects of galvannealing time and galvanneal temperature on the powdering-resistance of high strength IF galvanized sheet. A coating surface with different w(O) and phase distribution has been gained by controlling the above galvanneal parameters. The results show that the fraction of δ1 phase to galvanneal phases has important influence on the powdering-resistance. And the higher the galvanneal temperature, the faster the phase transformation, the earlier the appearance of powdering peak point. The appearance of large amount of δ1k and Г1 phases is a sign of coat powdering deterioration.
