摘要
大港油田板深78-1井是一口定向深探井,完钻井深4560m,套管下深4554.04m,井底静止温度为142℃,循环温度为115℃。固井水泥采用嘉华G级加35％硅粉,外加剂用G60S防窜剂和H88高温缓凝剂,固井采用双胶塞,固井时水泥浆平均密度为1.83g/cm^3。经CBL测井结果表明,水泥浆从井底返至井深2293m,封固段长2261m,全井封固优质段累计达1693m,优质率达74.9％。固井效果良好。
Banshen 78-1 well in Dagang Oilfield is not only a directional well but also one of the deep wells drilled in recent years. The completion depth of well is 4560 m and the casing length is 4554. 04 m, the bottom-hole static temperature is 142℃ and the bore-hole circulating temperature is about 115 ℃. The cementing materials are Jiahua class G cement, 35% silica flour (BWOC) , anti-migration additive G60-S and high temperature retarder H-88. Double plugs are used during cementing and the slurry density designed is at 1. 87 g/cm3. The average density is 1. 83 g/cm3 in cementing job. The CBL log showed that the cement slurry arrived at 2293 m, the sealed length is 2261 m and the excellent sealed length totals up to 1693 m, the high quality ratio is 74. 9% after cementing operation.
