摘要供应商管理库存VMI要求供应链合作伙伴最大可能地进行信息共享。但作为以追求利润最大化的企业个体而言,共享信息面临着多重障碍。本文从企业追求利润最大化与信息技术两方面分析了因信息共享而带来的合作障碍。
