摘要
研究了在面临主要供应商处的供应风险时,制造商与其后备供应商间的供应风险相关信息共享策略及其信息价值.运用供应风险管理与优化理论,通过分析主要供应商处由产量和良品率变化导致的供应不确定风险下的后备采购运作情况,以最大化制造商和后备供应商的期望利润为目标,研究制造业供应链上游信息共享的价值和实现条件,提出供应风险下有选择性的信息共享策略,建立相应的模型并进行了仿真.结果表明,后备采购中信息共享的价值受制造商处的信息共享和缺货成本、后备供应商处的生产成本、批发价格和产品残值等多种因素的影响;有选择性的信息共享策略将同时有利于制造商和后备供应商,提高供应风险下供应链系统的柔性和绩效,但信息共享价值实现的前提是主要供应商的实际产量及制造商处的信息共享成本足够小.
This paper studies the strategy and the value of supply information sharing between a manufacturer and a backup supplier when there are supply risks from a major supplier. Based on the theories of supply risks management and optimization, the processing of backup purchasing is first analyzed. Then the value of upstream information sharing when supply risks are caused by uncertain production quantities and changes in yield rates is examined. The model of strategic information sharing is proposed by maximizing the expected profits of the manufacturer and the backup supplier. It is shown, that various factors affect the value of informa- tion sharing, such as the cost of information sharing, the penalty cost of the manufacturer, the production cost, the wholesale price and the salvage value at the backup supplier. The results suggest that strategic information sharing benefits both parties, on the premise of low production quantity of the major supplier and low cost of information sharing.
