摘要
采用“火艳石楠”的一次枝、二次枝作为不同外植体,研究了无菌培养体系建立、增殖培养和生根培养技术,结果表明:建立无菌系适宜的外植体为3月中、下旬萌发的腋芽,污染率小,诱导率高;幼苗茎段在MS+2.0mg·L^-1 6-BA+0.5mg·L^-1 KT增殖效果最好,增殖系数可达到5.8;适宜的生根培养基为1/MS+0.8mg·L^-1 NAA+0.2~0.4mg·L^-1 IBA,生根率为59.7%~70.0%。
The young stem apexes of the first branch and the second branch of Photinia fraseri cv camelvy were used as different explants to establish sterile culture system, proliferation culture and rooting culture. The results showed that buds which were plucked in March were easier to induce axillary buds ,because of less contamination rate and high induce rete; axillary buds could be induced on MS+6-BA 2.0 mg ·L^-1 + KT 0.5 mg ·L^-1 from juvenile stems,and the propagation rate up to 5.8; 1/MS+NAA 0.8 mg ·L^-1+IBA 0. 2-0. 4 mg ·L^-1 was siutable for inducing roots, with the rooting rate up to 59. 7%- 70.0%.
