摘要
金融活动的核心问题是激励问题。现代农村物流金融诸利益主体的经理人、投资者、政府三者的利益选择空间和目标函数趋于一致,在其相互博弈中各行为主体的利益呈正相关关系。因此,要建立一个良好的现代农村物流金融激励相容机制,必须设计一个多层次的多元化激励结构,解决信息不对称问题,加强长期的利益激励,以及建立适当的精神激励等。
Incentive problem is the core issue of financial activities. The interests of modem rural logistics finance are managers, investors and government. The benefit choice space and the objective function of these interests are tend to be consistently. The benefit of interests is positively correlated each other in game. Therefore, to establish a good incentive compatible system for modern rural logistics finance, a multi level multiplex incentive structure should be designed in the model to solve the information asymmetrical problem, to strength the long-term benefit incentive, as well as to establish the suitable spirit incentive mechanism.
