摘要
从新型农民培育战略的内涵入手,借用人力资本的视角分析农村职业教育对提高农民素质的重要作用,并针对农村职业教育发展中存在的问题,提出相应的措施。
Starting with the connotation of cultivating new peasants,the important effects of rural vocational education on the improvement of peasants quality were analyzed from the angle of human capital.Aiming at the existing problems in the development of rural vocational education,the corresponding measures were put forward in order to promote the development of rural vocational education in China.
