氟化钠对小鼠免疫功能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 小鼠腹腔注射NaF溶液两周后,免疫毒理实验结果表明:染毒小鼠体重下降;血氟、尿氟升高,骨氟在正常范围内;胸腺及脾脏脏器系数低剂量组增高,高剂量组降低;外周血淋巴细胞转化率及ANAE阳性率降低,抗体形成细胞数量减少,血清γ-球蛋白百分比及含量降低。提示NaF对小鼠的细胞免疫和体液免疫功能均有一定的损害。 Intraperitoneal injection with NaF solution on mice was carried out for two weeks. The resultsof immune tests showed as follows: For administrated group, body weight decreased, serum andurine fluoride increased, and fluoride in bone was within the normal range. At the same time immune indexes such as lymphocyte ANAE (+) rate and trans formation rate,count of plasmacyte,percentage and content of γ-globulin in serum decreased. It indicated that NaF had adverse effectsin some extent on the function of mice's cellular and humoral immunity
