摘要
美国关于初任教师支持的研究起步较早,在长期的教师教育改革与实践探索中,已经初步形成了稳定、有效、独具特色的初任教师支持体系。探究美国初任教师支持体系的发展历程及特点,可以为探索和构建我国完善的初任教师支持体系提供些许借鉴。
It has a long time for Americans to study on the supporting system for beginning teachers. Up to now,a stable,effective and unique teacher's supporting system has initially formed in America during the long exploration of teacher education reform and practice . To probe into the development course and features of supporting system for beginning teacher in America can provide some reference for the establishment of supporting system for beginning teacher in China.
