摘要 本文采用单元掺杂与多元掺杂的方法,系统研究了几种过渡金用氧化物添加剂在控制ZnO压敏陶瓷非线性方面的作用,并根据金属由离子外壳层电子结构稳定性和缺陷化学区应进行了分析.认为阳离子具有不饱和外层电子结构且半径与Zn^(2+)离子相近的过渡金属氧化物的改善ZnO压敏陶瓷非线性。 In this paper, effects of several transition metal oxides in controlling nonlinechty of ZnO varistor ceramics havebeen systematically studied by means of both one additive and several additives together, and experimental resultshave been analyzed on the basis of the stability of outer - sheIl electme structure of metal ions and defect quasi -chemica reaction. It is reasonably thought that oxide of transition metal, its metal ion having nonsaturated outer -shell electron structure and radius being similar to rinc bo Zn2+, can improve nonlinearity of ZnO varistor ceramics.
