摘要
为建立注射用炎琥宁细菌内毒素检查方法,参照中国药典2005年版二部附录XI E细菌内毒素检查法进行试验。结果表明,供试品在0.33 mg.mL-1稀释浓度下无干扰作用,这种方法准确、快捷、影响因素小,说明注射用炎琥宁的检查可用细菌内毒素法代替家兔法。
In order to develop a new method to detection the bacterial endotoxin in the injection of Potassium Sodium Pehydroandroandrographolide Succinate, bacterial endotoxin test was performed according to the CP 2005. XI E. The results showed that the detection of bacterial endotoxin could not be interfered when the preparation was diluted to 0.33 mg ＂mL-t. It was confirmed that the method was accurate and quick with few influence factors, which could be used to replace the detection of pyrogen in the injection of Potassium Sodium pehydroandroandrographolide Succinate.
