摘要
光学相干断层扫描技术(OCT)可对活体组织进行高分辨率的成像,为临床提供诊断依据,但是这种技术受到目前使用光源的局限性,图像的分辨率受到了限制.本文利用倒频谱分析的方法对OCT图像进行反滤波处理,提高了OCT图像的分辨率,达到了图像增强的效果。
Optical coherence tomography technology can give high resolution of alive tissue,then provide diagnosis gist for clinic,but because of the limitation of the lamp-house,the resolution of image is restricted.This paper try to use a method called deconvolution to process the OCT image,this method can efficiently improve the OCT image,and achieved the purpose of image enhancement.
