摘要
介绍了卧式圆网印花机齿轮传动箱故障的特点以及倒频谱分析的基本原理和在故障诊断中的优点。针对卧式圆网印花机齿轮传动箱振动功率谱信号识别故障困难的问题,采用倒频谱分析方法对其进行补充,实践证明了倒频谱在检测周期信号和识别边频上具有独特的功能,对卧式圆网印花机齿轮传动箱故障诊断具有较好的效果。
In consideration of the features of gearwheel drive box faults of the horizontal rotary screen roller printer and the basic principle of reversal frequency analysis and its advantages in failure diagnosis, reversal frequency analysis is adopted in fault diagnosis of gearwheel drive of the printing machine and better results are obtained.
