摘要
根据同时平衡原理和电中性原理,分析了Ca(Ⅱ)-NH_3-CO_3^(2-)SO_4^(2-)-H_2O系热力学,全面揭示了该体系钙的溶解规律。结果表明,该体系中存在钙的高溶解度区域,而且钙的溶解度随总碳酸根浓度(CT)的增大而增大,在CT>0.1 mol/L时随着[SO_4^(2-)]的增大而增大,同时也随氨及铵总浓度(AT)和pH的增大而减小,这对于各种碳酸钙产品的制备和其他金属碳酸盐制备过程中钙的深度脱除具有重要意义。
According to the principles of simultaneous chemical equilibrium and electronic charge neutrality, the system of Ca(Ⅱ)-NH3-CO3^2--SO4^2--H2O has been thermodynamically analyzed at 25 ℃. The law of solution of CaCO3 in the system is revealed,and the high dissolution field of CaCO3 is found too, furthermore the solubility of CaCO3 is bigger with the amount of all the [CO3^2- ] (CT)being increased and bigger with the amount of [SO4^2-] when [CO3^2- ]〉0. lmol/L, smaller with the value of pH being bigger and the amount of ammonia and ammonium(AT) being increased. Those conclusions will be of important significant to prepare CaCO3 and CaO and other over-purity salt carbonate that required elimination calcium.
