摘要
介绍了贴片机自动对准系统的结构与工作原理,并对贴片机自动对准系统的硬件进行了设计,硬件部分由光学系统、运动控制系统和光源控制系统组成.实验结果证明该系统能够成功实现高精度自动对准的功能.
Automatic high-precision chip mounters have been applied frequently in high-precision and complex situations, The key to the equipment is the automatic alignment system. The structure and the operational principle of an automatic high-precision chip mounter are introduced in the paper and the hardware is designed. The hardware is made of the optical system, the moving controlling system and lamp-house controlling system. The result of experiments shows that the system can fulfill the high-precision automatic alignment function.
