摘要
介绍了共晶固晶机的工艺,论述了共晶固晶机的功能要求,进而基于控制时序设计了共晶固晶机。给出了共晶固晶机的系统组成和工作原理,对其进行了控制时序分析,并进行了实际运行精度验证。
The process of eutectic solidification machine was introduced,the functional requirement of eutectic solidification machine was discussed,and then the eutectic solidification machine was designed based on timing control.The system composition and working principle of eutectic solidification machine were given,the timing control analysis was carried out,and the actual operation accuracy was verified.
