摘要
目的了解安徽省医疗机构传染病疫情管理现状，为卫生部门传染病疫情管理与监督提供依据。方法于2005年7月-2006年2月对合肥、池州、宿州等3市医疗机构按照分层随机抽样方法开展调查。结果本次共抽查各级各类医疗机构及个体诊所89家，疫情报告管理制度健全的只有35家，占39．33％；传染病记录本登记完整的只有29家，占32．58％。结论基层医疗机构传染病疫情管理薄弱，医疗机构疫情管理制度建设滞后，卫生监督机构在传染病防控工作中定位不清，传染病监督执法水平有待提高。
Objective To understand the current situation of infection disease epidemic management in medical facilities and provide advisory references to infection disease management and inspection for heath administrative department in Anhui province. Methods 89 medical facilities were investigated in Hefei, Chizhou and Suzhou from July 2005 to February 2006 using stratified sampling. The results showed that the management and system of infection disease reporting were weak and delayed in primary health care sector. Conclusion The duties of health inspection agencies weren＇t clear in prevention and control infection disease. The level of infection disease management and inspection should be entanced.
