摘要
[目的]为进一步了解某区目前传染病的发病动态;掌握农村居民中传染病的漏报情况;推算出比较接近实际的发病水平,为制订控制和消灭传染病的规划及防治措施,提供可靠依据。[方法]农村居民中的法定传染病病例漏报调查,选定本区东、南、西、北、中5片有代表性的乡镇农村作为调查点,按分层随机整群抽样的原则进行回顾性入户调查。[结果]共对5个镇1610户5205名居民进行法定传染病漏报入户回顾性调查,结果调查到传染病7种18例,无甲类传染病,发病率为345.82/10万。其中到医疗机构就诊并诊断和治疗的16例,漏报3例,漏报率18.75%;未到医疗机构就诊2例,漏报2例,漏报率100%。[结论]农村居民中法定传染病存在漏报现象,规范对居民传染病疫情管理势在必行。
[Objectives] In order to get a clear picture of current tread of infectious diseases, grasp the situation of missing reported cases in rural areas, calculate the actual level of incidence of the diseases, to provide reliable basis for making a plan to control and getting rid of the infectious diseases and taking effective measures. [Methods] According to the survey on the missing reported cases of the legal infectious diseases in rural areas, we chose five representative villages and towns covering the east, the south, the west, the north and the middle to do surveys at home according to the principle of random sampling. [ Results] About 5 205 residents from 1 610 families in 5 rural areas were investigated in the surveys. There were 7 kinds of infectious diseases and 18 infected patients. No category A infectious disease was found. The ratio was 345.82 per 100 thousand. Among them, 16 patients chose to treat their diseases in the medical department. 3 eases were not reported with a rate of 18.75%. 2 patients did not go to the medical service to treat and the rate of the missing reported rate was 100%. [Conclusion] The phenomenon of the missing reported cases of the legal infectious diseases still exists in rural areas. It is essential to standardize the management of the infectious diseases among the residents.
