摘要
目的:检测雪旺细胞标记物Leu-7与肌上皮细胞标记物α-SMA在涎腺腺样囊性癌(ACC)中的表达情况,并探讨Leu-7、α-SMA与ACC嗜神经侵袭的关系。方法:利用免疫组织化学、免疫荧光双标记及激光共聚焦显微镜技术检测Leu-7蛋白与α-SMA蛋白在涎腺腺样囊性癌组织中的表达。结果:在涎腺腺样囊性癌组织中,Leu-7蛋白与α-SMA蛋白均有表达,二者在同一肿瘤性肌上皮样细胞胞质中共表达。结论:腺样囊性癌中肿瘤性肌上皮样细胞发生雪旺细胞分化进而侵袭神经可能是腺样囊性癌嗜神经侵袭的病理组织学基础。
Objective：To observe the expression of schwann cell marker Leu -7 and myoepithelial cell marker α -SMA in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma （ACC） , and to evaluate the relationship of Leu -7,α -SMA and perineural invasion in ACC. Methods： Immunohistochemical SABC method, double - label immunofluorescence and CLSM was used to detect the expression of Leu - 7 and α - SMA proteins in salivary ACC tissue samples. Results： In salivary ACC tissue samples, Leu - 7 and α - SMA proteins both were positive, they were coexpressed in cyto- plasm of the same onco - myoepithelial cells. Conclusion ： There may be Schwann cell differentiation in onco - myo- epithelial cells of salivary ACC, and it may be the pathological histologic base of perineural invasion in salivary ACC.
