摘要
目的了解和分析晋中市榆次区医院医疗纠纷现状,为合理解决医疗纠纷,缓解医患矛盾提供依据。方法选取晋中市榆次区的五所县市级医院为研究对象,调查2000-2004年医疗纠纷情况,并随机抽样20名医院管理人员和128名医务人员进行问卷调查,分析受访者对我国目前医疗纠纷及相关法律制度的认知情况。结果医疗纠纷和医疗赔偿呈逐年增多的趋势,医务人员对相关法律规范的认同情况不理想,发生医疗纠纷后"私了"的情况比较突出。结论应着重强化医务人员的法制教育,改善医疗服务观念,加强医患间的交流,构建和谐医患关系,缓解医疗纠纷。
Objective To provide a basis for solving the medical disputes and relieving the contradiction between doctors and patients by analyzing the status of the medical disputes in hospitals. Methods The opinions on medical disputes and related laws were investigated among 20 hospital administrators and 128 medical personnels with questionnaires in 5 hospitals in Yuci district.Results The medical disputes and the compensation were rising year after year,and the attitude on the related laws was not good.Private agreement was common when medical disputes happened. Conclusion To relieve the medical disputes,it should be paid more attentions to enhance legal education,improve the medical service attitude,strengthen physician-patient communion for constructing a harmonious physician-patient relationship.
