摘要
目的探讨医院管理者如何做好猝死患者的医疗纠纷防范.方法对猝死个案的涉及法律问题的原因进行分析,分析医院管理者做好猝死患者的医疗纠纷防范的重要性.结果医院管理者做好猝死患者的医疗纠纷防范具有重要性.结论应从医师的行医资质、医疗行为合法性和医疗风险应急处理与医疗纠纷解决方面全面加强管理.
Objective To analyze how to avoid medical issue about sudden dead patient. Methods We discussed the legal reasons related to the case of sudden death and analyzed the significance that the supervisor in the hospital should pay more attention to the risk to the medical issue about sudden dead patients. Results It was very important that the supervisor dealt properly with medical issue about sudden dead patient. Conclusion It should strengthen the management comprehensively by iatric licence, the validity of medical action, the emergent disposal of the risk of medical treatment and the solution to medical dissension.
