摘要
目的建立颌间Ⅲ类矫形磁力的动物模型.方法选取青春生长发育期的雄性恒河猴6只,随机分为1.5月组和3月组.实验组每组2只,对照组每组各1只.实验组戴用Ⅲ类铸造式磁力矫治器,对照组不戴.结果实验组猴矫治器配戴良好,能正常进食,位均出现明显变化.结论采用铸造粘结型双阻板磁力矫治器建立的颌间Ⅲ类矫形磁力动物模型固位良好,且口腔清洁容易,符合颌间Ⅲ类矫形力在力值和方向上的要求,能够较准确地模拟临床.该模型位记录容易,矫形力控制准确,操作方便,便于进行关节的特殊检查,易于推广应用.
Objective To establish an animal model of Class Ⅲ orthopedic magnetic force. Method 6 male pubescent monkeys were selected, and were divide into three grouop 1.5 month, 3 month and control group at random. Monkeys in experiment groups wore the Class Ⅲ cast-type magnetic appliance while the monkeys in the control group did not. Results The appliances on all animals were worn well, the monkeys in experiment group took food normally and there were obvious changes on the occlusion position of the experimental animals. Conclusion The magnitude and the direction of the force produced by Class Ⅲ cast-type magnetic appliance is competent to be applied as the Class Ⅲ orthopedic magnetic force. The cast-type Class Ⅲ orthopedic magnetic appliance which has good attachment is to keep the oral cavity clean. It is the ideal model for the study on easy record of occlusion position and examination of TMJ and accurate control of orthopedic force and easy to popularize.
