摘要
目的探讨白藜芦醇抗大鼠重症急性胰腺炎的作用和机制.方法30只大鼠随机分为3组(n=10):假手术组(SO)、重症急性胰腺炎模型组(SAP)、白藜芦醇治疗组(RES).5%牛黄胆酸钠逆行胰胆管穿刺注射复制大鼠重症急性胰腺炎模型,尾静脉注射10 g/L白藜芦悬醇混液(0.1 mL/100g),6h后处死大鼠,观测腹水量、血清淀粉酶、胰腺湿/干重比和胰腺NF-κB活性.结果SAP组腹水量、血清淀粉酶、胰腺湿/干比重、NF-κB阳性率明显高于假手术组(P<0.05),RES组上述各项指标高于假手术组,但明显低于SAP组(P<0.05).结论白藜芦醇能减轻大鼠重症急性胰腺炎造成的胰腺损伤,对急性胰腺炎有一定的治疗作用,其作用机制可能与抑制NF-κB的表达有关.
Objective To investigate the effects and mechanism of resveratrol on rats with severe acute pancreatitis. Methods A total of 30 rats were randomly divided into 3 groups (n = 10 in each group) : sham operated group (SO), severe acute pancreatitis group (SAP), resveratrol treatment group (RES). The model of SAP was performed by injection 5% sodium taurocholate into the biliopancreatic duct. Resveratrol was given through vena caudalis after modeling. The rats were killed at 6 hours after modeling, the ascites volume, contents of amylase, wet/dry were determined. The activation level of NF-κB was detected by immunohistochemistry stain. Results The ascites volume, AMS level, pancreatic wet/dry weight ration, and NF-κB positive rate of rats in SAP group were remarkably higher than SO group (P 〈 0.05 ). These indicators of rats in RES group were higher than SO group, but much lower than SAP group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions Resveratrol plays a role in the treatment of SAP, it may suppress the inflammatory response of the pancreatic tissue. The mechanism may be related to depressing the expressions of NF- κB
