大鼠急性坏死性胰腺炎门静脉血中前列环素和血栓素变化

摘要 目的采用动物实验模型观察急性坏死性胰腺炎合并内脏损伤时门静脉血中血栓素(Thomboxane,TX)和前列环素(prostagtandin,PG)水平变化。方法用牛黄胆酸钠复制大鼠急性坏死性胰腺炎模型,放射免疫分析法测定血浆中TYB2和6-keto—PGF1α的含量来反映TXA2和PGI2的水平,并设对照组(假手术组)进行对照分析。结果实验组大鼠血浆中TYA2和PGI2水平较对照组高(P<0.05),实验组大鼠腹腔静脉血TXA2和PGI2水平比门静止高(P<0.05),PGVI2/TXA2比值下降资料处理采用t检验。结论TXA2PGI2是参与急性坏死性胰腺炎合并内脏损伤病理机制的重要因素之一。 Objective To investigate the changes of levels of TXA2 and PGI2 in portal vein blood of sodinm taurocholate- reduced acute necrotic Pancreatitis rats.Methods Thirty- five rats were divided into normal control group and acute necrotic pancreatitis group. The model of acutt necrotic pancreatitis was induced by sodinm taurocholate. The RIA was used to measure the levels of TXB2 and 6- keto- PGF in serum.These may reflect the levels of TXA2 and PGI2 respectively.Results Compared with normal control group, the leveIs of TXA2 and PGI2 in serum of acute necrotic Pancreatitis group were increased obviously (P<0.05) .The leveIs of TXA2 and PGI2 in celiac vein of acute necnotic panCreatitis group were higher than that in portal vein blood (P<0.05) .The ratio of TXA, and PGI2 was reduced.Coarlusion TXA2and PGl2may Play impor-tant role in acute necrotic pancreatitis compared with viscera injury.
