几种HPLC法测定银杏总黄酮的比较研究 被引量:8

摘要 使用HPLC法测定了银杏黄酮总量,研究了3种检测方法。方法一是以槲皮素、山柰酚、异鼠李素三种苷元为标样进行HPLC检测,通过计算3种苷元的总和得到总黄酮含量;方法二是以槲皮素为标样进行HPLC检测,采用归一化法计算黄酮总量;方法三是以槲皮素为标样进行HPLC检测,利用总黄酮与槲皮素含量的系数来计算总黄酮含量的方法。通过对三种HPLC检测方法的研究,比较了各自优缺点,确定各自适用范围。 The contents of flavonein medical extrac to fLinkgobilogaL were determined by three kinds of HPLC methods. The three HPLC methods (m1,m2,m3) is distinguished from each other based on the standard and the calculation used in the detection. The standard useds in ml are quercetin, kaempferol and isorhamnetin. The contents of flavonein are calculated by normalization method based on the standard quercetin in m2. The contents of flavonein are calculated with the coefficient of the flavonein and the quercetin based on the standard quercetin in m3. The advantages and disadvantages of the three methods were compared and their spheres of application were determined in our researches.
